Sharwil has bright green skin that doesn’t darken when ripe. The fruit is elongated and looks a little pear shape in form. The flesh is cream in colour and has custard like texture with good flavour. This variety fruits heavily once mature and is a B-type. It will require an A-type to fruit well and a frost free area.
