Indoor Plant Workshop for Beginners

Are you new to the world of indoor plants? Confused by the avalanche of opinions and information out there on social media? Come and join Jenny Thomas from Lifespace Landscape Design for a practical and informative workshop on how to choose and look after your new plant babies. From spaces big and small, dark and light, learn how you can add some greenery and joy to your life and home. And keep it alive!
This workshop aims to help with:
- Easy plants for beginners – all available at Dawson’s Garden World
- Choosing the right plants for your space
- How to tell when your plant needs watering
- Tips and tricks for plant maintenance
- How to deal with those pesky fungus gnats
- Plant shapes and styles to suit your spaces
Date: Saturday September 19th
Session Times: 9.30am – 10.30am and 11.30am – 12.30pm
RSVP: This is a free event however please contact Dawson’s Forrestfield on 9453 6533 to register your interest. Numbers are limited to 30 for each session. This event will be seated and rows will be spaced to allow for social distancing. Staff and customer safety is paramount.
The Presenter: Jenny Thomas operates Lifespace Landscape Design, a garden design practice, and also works at Dawson’s Garden World. She is passionate about plants and nature, and has qualifications in Biology and Landscape Design. She loves helping people add greenery to their lives and believes that life is always better with plants.
